William C. Croom, Ph. D., President Email: wcroom@williamcroom.com Dr. Croom is an internationally-recognized expert in individual assessment and in the application of assessment to the building of high-performance organizations. He is particularly adept at developing systematic approaches in test and questionnaire analysis. Bill has more than 20 years of experience, both research and practical, in the use of psychological, management, and leadership data to identify dimensions of performance across all levels of supervisory and management responsibility. He has written more than a dozen papers, and co-authored three textbooks which are now used in several graduate schools. Bill is a member of the American Psychological Association, an Ohio and New York licensed psychologist, and a graduate of the Institute for Rational Living.
